I ordered it off of Amazon yesterday, it arrived at my door at 7pm tonight and I haven't put it down since!!! I'm reading this book and all I hear is George's voice reading it to me. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from K T Marsh -- I like the way this reads! : I began this book yesterday afternoon, and found it difficult to put it down; I did stop, because I want to savor every word. It is as if George was sitting across from me, telling his story; I admired him before (as an employee), and that admiration as increased after learning of the obstacles he has overcome. He could have just given up, but didn't. His "warts and all" narrative is inspirational, and I recommend that everyone read this book. He has continued his example of "servant leadership", which was abandoned after he was ousted by a bunch of greedy bastards. Thank you, Mr. Zimmer, for the example you have maintained, even today. Anyone who wants to own a company should read this book first. Some might not agree with the politics mentioned, (I lean moderate-right), but that did not stop me from enjoying his book at all.
